Goodbye, Belgium?

Perhaps other national minorities would be given the opportunity to live under their own flag within the EU. France still occupies Basque land, although a bit more benign than the Spanish. The same holds true to the Sami who are occupied by Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Russia. And there are others whose language and culture should be respected.
