Hi Folks

I have been a fan of local burlesque in NYC for a while now and find this form of entertainment to be pretty clean vs. a strip club. The overall theme of these shows is Art not Porn. I think it's the new local $$$ folks that are causing all the problems. First it's Burlesque clubs , next it will be the local corner Candy stores that will get replaced by Fashion stores and Boutiques. That's the REAL problem. Has anyone forgotten the urban decay of the 70's? You know that could happen again. Then what? All those $$$ folks will leave our city bone dry of everything that makes OUR town special. That's why CBGB's folded.
