Im glad that the predsident and the high ups in congress are trying to do something about this growning problem that so many people are facing. Myself i am going into forcloseure also when i had refinanced to buy a small business last year May of 2006, i was put in a armed loan not knowing it or aware of it. In a years time the balanced on my loan went up 11,000.00 and my payment has gone up 400.00 and the interest rate has went up form 6.25% to 8.79% . I just can't do it anymore i can't afford my payment I don't want to loose my home but its looks like that the road im headed down. All this talk in congress is good but I think it may be to late for alot of people. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU HARD WORKING CITIZINS LIVING IN THIS FINE WORLD.
