I am not a militant right -winger by any stretch of the imagination, but I have always agreed that the UN should go the same way as the League of Nations. This organization is simply a total waste of our (US) taxpayer's dollars. We fret over large defense budgets and the war in Iraq, which are keeping Al Qaeda and the Jihadists from killing US over here, yet spend billions to support this failed effort in diplomacy and a more peaceful world. There is a saying, "Get the UN out of the US and the US out of the UN". I concur that we in the US should simply stop funding this group of mad mullahs, dictators, left-wing nations, the League of Arab Nations countries, and the non-aligned countries. The UNSC is a farce, and about as biased as the General Assembly. This planet does not need mad mullahs promising to destroy another country, knowing an ineffectual UN will stand by and do nothing about it. Instead of looking for someone to replace Bolton, the only shining light among the group of despots, we should simply pull out.
