I agree with J. that this is just Gardner writing yet another article on one of the two topics he ever writes about (overcoaching and the superiority of the Latin style). I agree that the repetitiveness gets tiresome but I happen to agree with him on both. I'm a Revs fan and while they were breathaking in 2005 (before the playoffs), they have excited me only once in a great while these last two years. In 2005, Cancela (an Argentine) and Dempsey (an American but with Latin flair as he grew up with Mexicans) were key parts of the attack. Both of those players are gone. The Revs of 2007 are extremely predictable. Purely as a neutral, I'd rather watch Dallas (minus the ridiculous time wasting) or Chivas USA any day.
