First off, I am not a Jets fan, but this conduct was totally inappropriate. It makes you wonder how long the Patriots have been cheating for. In addition to the penalties handed out, I believe that the Patriots should be forced to forfeit that game to the Jets. That is pretty much the only way to make sure that this conduct does not continue. Bellichek seems to think that he is above the rules, and this slap on the wrist isnt going to cause this unfair practice to stop. It just enorces the idea that Bellichek can do whatever he wants becaues a bunch of meatheads think he is the greatest coach ever. Bottom line is the Jets (the victims in this game) will be basically "screwed" - for lack of a better term - out of a game. ThePats just get a slap on the wrist because they are the Patriots. And for those who think cheating is just part of the game; where does it end. For people with that point of view, I guess it would be considered fair for the Charger's fans to stalk Tom Brady and break his arm prior to their game on Sunday. Hey, it may be cheating, but it's part of the game right? Whatever it takes to win, right? And, notice how Bellicheck only apologized to his NE buddys, and the NFL, but not to the people he cheated. Bill Bellichek, my vote for most miserable and overrated man in the NFL. Thanks for ruining America's Sport!
