Painting When Painting was Dead

Submitted by Aloha, Sep 14, 2007 11:50

The picture of the painting above is a good example of a nice abstract painting, it has order & coherence, i still won`t call it ART, is more like a very nice design.

Painting is very alive, in fact NEVER ever in human history many people painted at the same time.
Also never so many painted about so many diferent subjects & using diferent techniques...
too bad classical technique is almost forgotten, that`s the only flaw i see in todays painting.

Those who say painting is dead probably are critics or people who go to galleries to watch mostly stablished crap, but i can assure you, there are many geniuses now, alone painting new visions of reality, of light.
Geniuses who will be ignored while alive like allways hehehe.
