re: the age of political theology.

i have scanned through the above article and curiously i did not see where the african continent is mentioned. i dare say that the advent of liberal democracy to africa has not done so much. there is no gain saying that even where there are semblances of success of liberal democracy in africa, it has only produced despots in power.
