As Judge Leaves for Law Firm, His Legacy Is Remembered

It is my humble opinion, that this man should not be rewarded for his failure to see Justice done during the 9/11 Silverstein/Insurance Company litigation. He did not inquire whether the insurance companies even wanted to investigate the debris for evidence of why the 2 Towers Collapsed, nor the toxicity of the air as it was declared as "safe to breath". His biggest crime was agreeing with Silverstien that 2 planes equaled to separate acts of terrorism when he had the information in front of him that Mr. Silverstein intentionaly elected to insure the WTC complex to about one half of the amount that the insurance agent that Silverstein hired recommended. This man will not help Americans get back the Constitutional rights that have been stripped by the criminals in this Administration nor return us the Justice that we lost during the 2000 presidential Coup of the US Government. They have made it perfectly clear that they never intended to obey the oaths of office that they took when they were isntalled.
