Binding Ellison

My dead serious solution is to make all newly elected national politicians take their oath of office in the Main Reading Room of the Library of Congress, under what is arguably the most beautiful ceiling in the hemisphere. Every conceivable holy book would be at hand, including the Kama Sutra, which one can imagine a Jerry Rubin insisting on swearing on were he to have been elected to Congress.
