I feel that any feedback as - to how to make the system of preparing teachers sustain themselves with success - should be read and heard. The experiences of others can only enhance our knowledge of what we do know and what we do not.

Speaking, thinking, and writing out loud is a sharing experience for all of us. Including listening to ourselves when situations and ideals do not roll our way. Our past and present way of living things out will assist us all in the future. It is very encouraging to hear that he is not giving up. But do understand the feelings of those that have left. We need to turn things around.
