On the surface this law sound like a no brainer. I just have one small problem with it. Who determines how you get on the terror list. I recall that Senator Ted Kennedy was on the list. If falsely accused what provisions are written in to the bill to get your name off of the list. As far as I know their is no way to remove your name from the list. That is unless you happen to be a Senator from Mass.
