But there were violent acts perpetrated against black students too. Several black students were beaten up too--there wasn't just the noose hanging incident---but none of the white students involved in violence against blacks at the school were arrested and the boys who hung the noose were not expelled they only got 3 days in-school suspension. White children commited violent acts too, they just weren't punished as the state wants to punish the Jena 6. This is the injustice. Do some actual research into the case and you will see there is reason to protest.
