Pablo Escobar is long dead. Is like basing an opinion of Chicago on the years of Al Capone. Yes, is a terrible ,bestial chapter of Medellin's history but is already old. Yes i will not say Medellin is the idillic city of no poverty,no crime ,no ill,but certainly is a beautiful, growing city with delightful people, always growing culture and intense dedication to grow in every sense. Medellin is a city comparable to any other one of the large cities in the World. Is New York free of crime, human abuse and poverty? Are there no gangs,no drugs, no police abuse,no crime in New York,London,Berlin? Is easy to bear down on someone elses problems without looking ant one's selves. Are the United States free of all malice ? Are all the treaties intended, free of specific interests? Dont we have many episodes similar to Chiquita Banana? Makes me wonder of the imparciality of certain opinions.
