It's hard to accept the veracity of any of your facts when you can't get one very simple one correct: It's Mr. Ban, not Mr. Ki-Moon. He's Korean, and the family name, like those of the ethnic Chinese, is the first name written or spoken. The hyphenated "Ki-Moon" should have made that very clear. As would research into any reputable sources regarding the UN. While there's plenty to complain about when it come to the United Nations, facts should be foremost.
