Mr. McWhorter has chosen to see his own point of view once again. He has missed the larger picture. He has given Mr. Bollinger a backhanded compliment at best and delivered it in his usual snarky manner. Had he taken the time out to remove his personal viewpoints and thought of the greater good he would have sen that Mr. Bollinger just didn't buck the P,C. establishment he kicked its teeth down it's throat. Everyone knows that the religious element of the argument of why the Iranian leader should not be allowed to speak is secondary to his views on Israel, and it's partnership with the United States. The Jewish establishment does not want Him to speak, so He should not? Who the hell are they? Had they taken a breath and realized this is not Israel, it is the United States, they would have remembered that we have certain inalliable rights. And Mr. Bollinger by excersing those rights brought to the forefront a "brazenly uneducated " leader of a dangerously secterian nation. Mr McWhorter is a highly intelligent man who never ceases to amaze me with his insight. Yet today he has chosen a monumental event and trivialized it over his lack of respect for Mr. Bollinger.
