There has been a long standing problem of sudden unexplained college suicides. There has been no solution for them.

The failure to provide Cubicle Level Protection for student study areas may be that unknown connection.

Subliminal Distraction was discovered when it caused mental breaks for office workers. The Cubicle was designed to deal with this normal feature of physiology. College students are knowledge workers too. They can accidentally create the "special circumstances" for SD exposure and have the mental event.

Simple precautions will prevent exposure. If you use a lap top or any type computer in a dorm room where your roommate moves in your peripheral vision you might have exposure.
