The first gun control laws were written to keep blacks from owning firearms.

"may issue" concealed carry (usually reserved for politicians and their cronies) is law in NY and NJ,

NY and NJ need "shall issue" concealed carry.

May issue is an instrument of old south oppression and unequal application of the law.

Without cause I was searched at least 2 dozen times during the Giuliani' s NYC reign of terror.

Self defense is a civil right.
