The first "gun control" laws were written to keep Blacks from owning firearms. Look at LA, NYC, Newark, Canden, Wash DC....what's changed?

In every case you have selective "may issue" vs. "shall issue" for legal concealed carry.

"may issue" is an instrument of Old South oppression and unequal application of the law.

Am I to believe the law abiding Black or Latino citizen who passes a background check and firearms training is less worthy than Whites? We are all equal aren't we?

Both Mayor Bloomberg and Adolph Giuliani have ZERO respect for peoples civil rights.

Self defense is a civil right.
