I wonder what sort of oils will be used, and how much will they cost. Surely something that does NOT contain trans fats will cost more to purchase. If the nanny state busybodies thinks that these eateries are just going to sit back and absorb the costs of these oils, then perhaps they need a brush up in eco101. Those costs are going to be passed along to the consumer. While this might not exactly lead to a decline in dining out, it certainly cost more to do so.
