So Mister Hiraman wanted to join the Navy? And because he had scoliosis (greater than 20-30 degrees, which is disqualifying for the armed forces) he cancelled his plans and developed schizophrenia as a result. What alternative planet does his attorney live on? The two are not connected! This guy might be crazy and not mentally responsible for his actions. But, to put forth the theory that his abnormal spinal curvature led to his mental illness makes me want to insist on a psychiatric examination for his lawyer.
