What about the immigrants who came here legally and paying thousands of dollars to lawyers and are trying to do the right thing and go through immigration to get status..They are still considered illegal immigrants....WHAT ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE?? My husband is one of those people...He has been fighting ever since 2004 when he came here on a visa to get status and it is taking to long and a lot of money. Even his marriage to me a US Citizen isnt helping (we have been waiting a year and a half for an interview). Are you telling me he isnt entitled to anything. I think everybody who wants to oppose should think about that. Not every immigrant here jumped the border fence and is just living off the books, some people are going through the immigration process. It is frustrating, long, and extremely hard. He IS entitled to a driver license and I support Spitzer 100%
