Recently, Ms. Livni enumerated the difficulties that Israel has with the Palestinian Arabs. That she still maintains that a Palestinian state would be 'in the best interest of Israel' defies everything that she stated previously.

It is time to look at actions rather than just words. Every 'painful concession in the interest of peace' has resulted in more belligerent behavior on the part of those whose violence against Jews in Palestine began long before the State of Israel in 1948. Indeed, Israel is at the forefront of the same war against democracy that is being waged by the international network of terrorism; that country just got a 'head start'. Creating another terrorist entity and one in which no non-Muslim 'infidels' can be citizens, does not make sense when we are trying to promote democracy in this dangerous world. Let's not 'do' what is so difficult to 'undo' given the threats with which we live today.
