For many decades now this nation has suffered under the corruption and perversion of judgment and justice rendered by unrighteous judges who are not touched by the evil committed against innocent people, but who side with those who murder and destroy the innocents.
The founding fathers did well, but they could have done far better. In Israel of old, one law was for all people, whether they were Hebrews (of whatever tribe), or those who might be deemed refugees who joined themselves to the Hebrews.... All people had to abide by one law (one set of laws for all people). Our founders unwisely and ruinously failed to follow this Biblical template, and instead deemed that the most fundamental of laws regarding punishment of violent crimes could vary from state to state. This nation's so-called justice system has deteriorated continually, and it will not improve without national reformation.
Our founding fathers who penned and approved the Constitution and the Bill of Rights with its Eighth Amendment protection from "cruel and unusual punishments," approved of and carried out execution by hanging of very young soldiers found to have fallen asleep while on guard duty....
Though our academics...have no regard nor use for what the intent of the Constitution was, the Eighth Amendment was never intended to ban execution of murderers, torturers, and destroyers, nor to ban execution by hanging, or firing line. The Eighth Amendment was intended to prevent torturous means of executions, period. In today's excessively sophisticated nation the most heinous of murderers are deemed to be of sacred worth, but not by God.
The claim that opposition to the butchery of induced abortion, and murder by euthanasia should go hand in hand with opposition to executing murderers is specious and outrageous. The truth is that insistence on the swift execution of murderers is consistent with insistence on protecting preborn babies from being murdered, and insistence on protecting helpless people from being judged by wicked judges to be unworthy to continue to live and who order them to be starved and dehydrated to death (talk about cruel and unusual punishment!).
