The 911 operator was a complete idiot! She kept asking the poor woman "There's no smoke, right?" DUUHHH. It's no wonder the poor woman, even in such dire circumstances, lost her patience with the operator, "Of course there's smoke!" If, after you listen to that call again, you think the 911 operator was "pragmatic and professional," then you're as stupid as she is.
