As one who has bargained for rugs in Iran bazaars, the key to success with a bazaari is knowing when to walk. If you really want the particular rug but don't want to pay way too much for it, you must be savvy enough to know that mystical price point where you end negotiations and walk out the door and the bazaari will chase you out and give you your price. The trick is that if you don't identify that price point, chances are the bazaari wil just let you walk and you don't get your rug.
To continue your bazaar analogy, does President Bush know when to walk?
I doubt it.
