Mr. Gore would dearly love to run for President; only the Clinton lock on the nomination is preventing him from doing so. Your recommendation of how he could leverage his candidacy will perhaps reach his ears. As for the purported boon NAFTA has been to this nation; the porosity of our borders to drug trafficking and illegal entrance by aliens into the nation (including palpable vulnerability to terrorists) has been linked to the effects wrought by NAFTA.
