No offense to this article, but there are many of us people who were boen in New York City and raised here and never had the use for a drivers licence (or a car for that matter).

I have been forced to sign up for driving lessons(at my expense)becaue I did not get a drivers license at 16 years when all the kids my age all over the country did and their schools paid for drivers education.

This is very unfair and as much as I want a drivers license to keep up with up the times,I will never be able to afford a car and I know how to drive, but I am going to make it all legal because of the fuss all of you in politics are making.

I don't think this is where the emphasis belongs.
