The real issue in getting peace and helping the people on both sides is predicated on the Arabs proving they really want peace. there should not be the worry about humanitarian crisis amongst the Palestinians . The bigger question is can the followers of Islam co exsist with the Israeli nation. The fact is stop the killing and stop the fight.
