Once Just Hot, Isiah's Seat Is Now Scalding

This article if anything is too nice to Isiah. Giving him credit for Eddy Curry playing well is disingenuous. Last year he was coming off a summer of inaction; plus he was aided by the work of Larry Brown, if not psychologically, certainly fundamentally; plus he was always able to score, that has never been in doubt, he is still a poor defender and let's see about the rebound numbers being consistent before giving him too much credit.

Isiah should have been gone long ago. If the Knicks would have gotten rid of Isiah, kept Larry Brown, gotten rid of Marbury or Francis and drafted Marcus Williams, there would be some reason for optimism. Now there is none.
