Building height and density are the common complaint everywhere, including CB6 where the largest currently unallocated plot of empty land is about to be built upon at the former Con Ed sites (about 10 acres). The residents and all the electeds want something much less than the 39-69 story buildings proposed by Solow, but at this point that is the plan. If CB3 finds a way to counter making Manhattan's skyline ever higher, please let me know!
