If people who question human evolution or man-made global warming are considered to be out of touch with reality because of the "predominance of evidence", what can we say about Hizonner , et.al unconstitutionally separating New Yorkers from a statistically proven way to reduce violent crime and fatal assaults.

One can say that he bears some responsibility for the level of assaults, rapes and murders in NYC.
