Alas, this is another example of what happens when judges, most of whose children never attended public schools tell the public schools what to do--in this case, pay for a private school! It is very sad, even as the decision has no precedential value, etc., etc., etcl., and we don't even know the basis of it.

If judges, and other similar influence-makers would send their own children to public schools, we would have instant accountability, instant improvement, instant policies that make sense for all childrern and for our great country, etc.
