Its quite unfortunate that since this article was published, Alchemy decided to get rid of the chef. I have eaten there quite a few times and the food was alway spot-on - one of the best restaurants in the slope, in my opinion.

I have eaten there once since Chef Nanni's departure and I will NEVER go back. The food is disgraceful and the service is horrible.

What a shame!
