I enjoyed reading your article on RC in building vs steel. I live in Nashville Tn and have had several discussions of the valve of concrete Vs Sheetrock in PARTY WALLS in a high rise Condo(70 Stories).I have said concrete in a party wall will be stronger and if done properly will reduce noise Vs Sheetrock. If you can I would appreciate your thoughts on the above.
