The real story at Success in Cleveland involves the fact that the money for small class size supplied by the Gates Foundation disappeared after 4 years. What resulted iwas that classes ballooned to 40 from 15. The school was overcrowded and while not the cause of the shooting surely was a large factor that helped bring it about.
