It is common knowledge that Democrats in the House and Senate are openly anti-Bush, and anti-war. They would do anything in their power to drive a wedge between America and her allies in the War on Terror. This resolution is only the latest in a long line of attempts to derail the war and discredit the participants. Turkey is a crucial partner in the war, allowing U.S and coalition aircraft to utilize it's airspace to re-supply troops and move equipment between theaters of operations. House Democrats Susie Pelosi and Tom Lantos are leading the effort to do anything they can to hurt this Republican administration, even if it means our defeat in war.
