UFT Asserts It May Sue City
in response to reader comment: Who Is Going To Sue Whom?

Submitted by Bruce J. Ramer, Oct 16, 2007 06:57

Judith Cohen is correct. I wish she would write me off-line, as I think a class action lawsuit would be appropriate. In 1975, when the city laid off 15,000 teachers, a group of us filed a lawsuit again the Board of Ed. and the UFT for abandoning us, and violating the intensions of the UFT Contract with the City and the Board of Ed. Sincerely, Bruce J. Ramer
