Kerry's Discharge Is Questioned by an Ex-JAG Officer

Submitted by Steve Harwood, Oct 31, 2006 22:03

Just to clairify, I am not the Stephen Harwood who left a comment on gun control. As far as I am concerned we deserve the constitutional rights that were set by our founding fathers, PERIOD!

I may be mistaken but, aren't legal proceedings taking place against Senator Kerry by a group of officers and enlisted personnel that served with him for a whole 4 months and 12 days? (Damn short tour-of-duty) Is it not possible for the courts to obtain his Navy files even though he will not sign Standard Form 180? I get the impression he is trying to hide something.
