Excellent article. From an economic standpoint, Venezuela is a disaster waiting to happen. The curse of natural resources and their overexploitation and the lack of investment in long-term growth of a sustainable economy will certainly lead to a dismal future for Venezuela. Are there many educational initiatives in Chavez social package? I'd like to hear more...
