I am just guessing; I do not have inside information; however a civil suit by Almontaser brought before a slanted left judge might open a Pandora's Box just as Roe VS Wade did. An Almontaser success would be the toe in the door to bring special circumstances to Islam above Christianity and Judaism.

Arabic culture and Islam is an inseparable item. To teach Arabic culture on the public dime is teaching Islam on the public dime. This is violates the true meaning of the First Amendment which prevents establishing a religion by the government (as opposed to the public dime allow the practice of a religion and its symbolism).

Where is the outcry from the Left about separation of Church and State (which is a flawed argument legislated by the Judiciary). Judeo/Christian prayer is prohibited in public schools yet an Arabic cultural school will not only teach praying toward Mecca five times a day it will lie about America's heritage and teach a hatred of what most Islamists call the great Satan, i.e. America.
