Spitzer Vows To Carry Out License Policy

Submitted by Ray Carney, Oct 19, 2007 13:05

They tried this nonsense in California every year for the past seven years, it's been defeated. 72% of the people reject giving licenses to law breakers. The governor says "understanding it's benefits" what benefits. He's using the same tired line that Gill Cedillo (D) Los Angeles used in his bill, drivers safety, thats nonsense. Drivers will not be any safer, insurance will not be purchased and people will still die on our roadways. Driving is a privledge, not a right and It's time the Governor wake up and the people of New York State consider recalling this governor, we did in California over just this issue, enter Schwarzennegger.
