Pres. Bush's plan will have increased the number of children on federal welfare healthcare rolls. It jut will not increase the number to what the socialist in the democrat party want. They want 50% of the nation on federal welfare healthcare rolls so they can work towards their ideal of socialized medicine followed by a defeat of the Constitution with a socialistic government. The socialist in the democrat party do not care that their actions would force the entire medical community into serfdom. This is what they want.
