What exactly does the Sun mean by the "rule of law"? The county clerks must follow the law but the illegal invaders (the so-called "undocumented immigrants") can spit on the law and the sovereignty of the United States? Will the Sun call itself El Sol because on the issue of immigration it seems to represent the government of Mexico and the illegal invaders than the United States?
