Governor Spitzer's actions are totally oposite of what we would expect to be the objectives of our Department of Homeland Security, however, Mr Chertoff seems unexplicably silent. Why? What is it that I, and apparently 70% of New Yorkers seem to be missing? This is the part of this story that is most disturbing.
