The School Board did the right thing by banning the phones. Students need to go to school to learn not to text friends or cheat on tests, quizzes, etc. At the children reactions shows that they have no home training at home. Since the parents did know about this incident they should have talked to their children and informed them that they could not use their cell phone in school.
