To J. Murtha: You say that "... THAT ALL THE OWNERS I HAVE OBSERVED ALWAYS PICKED UP AFTER THEIR CANINES AND THAT THEIR DOGS WERE WELL BEHAVED ...". What about all the dogs you didn't observe? Then you said: "MAYBE ONCE IN AWHILE YOU WILL FIND A DOG THAT ISN'T FRIENDLY BUT THAT IS ON A RARE OCCASION." How rare? So, there are occasions that some dog is unfriendly? So, based upon your incomplete, unscientific observations, all owners pick up their dog's poop, and no dog is dangerous?

Wow! J. Murtha is the key observer!

Are you simultaneously at all parks at all times? Are all your observations written in a log book? Do you contend that whatever you do not observe didn't occur?
