This is now an issue because a young person died in Virginia. MSRA has been an epidemic in NYC hospitals and nursing homes for years and years. Reporting will force the hospital industry to FINALLY take responsiblity to enforce PROPER infection control because infection rates will be reported. This will reduce extended hospital stays ,surgeries etc. and save lives and health care dollars.
