A lovley but highly silly gesture much like the ban on landmines. Once created and the concept is brought into reality especally if an effective weapon; it cannot be undone. The landmine ( and its big brother the I.E.D. and improvised shaped charge, components provided free of charge by Iran.) cannot be uncreated because it is a effective area denial / movement obsticicle that works.

Even though Posion gas is supposedly illegal as is Biowar.. every country has a stockpile somewhere.

Focus on containing the science we have set free instead of wishing it gone.
