I think it is important to note that these Millions/Billions of Dollars for Princeton are tax exempt Dollars and the interest earned annually ...is also tax exempt.

If Princeton does not wish to exercise fiduciary responsibility I would imagine that there are many charitable organizations who will come forward and offer to do so before the IRS seizes the nest egg and ends the dispute.
